I’m trained in counselling with a background in brand identity and consumer psychology. I combine psychological understanding with practical strategy to help you recognise your patterns, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Journey
Before this work, I spent more than a decade in communications, advertising, and brand strategy — helping global organisations and brands grow their influence. But after experiencing corporate burnout and years of therapy, I realised the most meaningful brand you can ever build is the one within — letting go of labels and embracing the version of yourself that longs to be seen and heard.
