I’m a trauma-informed practitioner in psychological insight and emotional healing, blending counselling training with Jungian frameworks and psychological astrology to help you reconnect with your inner self and navigate life’s emotional crossroads. I work with clients across the UK and internationally, offering online sessions rooted in depth psychology, symbolic exploration, and integrative practice.
Most of the people I work with feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be. They’re not looking for a quick fix — they want to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and begin healing from the inside out.

My work weaves together psychological insight, inner child exploration, shadow work, and Jungian archetypes to support lasting emotional change. I integrate evidence-based approaches with intuitive tools like dreamwork and symbolic astrology to create a personalised, depth-oriented experience.

While sessions may feel therapeutic, they are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If your needs fall outside my scope, I’ll always guide you toward the right support.
