I’m a trauma-informed integrated therapist who blends psychological frameworks, psychological astrology, Jungian analysis to help you reconnect with your inner self and navigate life’s emotional crossroads. I work with clients across the UK and internationally, offering online sessions rooted in Jungian insight and integrative practice.

Most of the people I work with feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be. They’re not looking for a quick fix — they want to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and begin healing from the inside out.

My work weaves together psychological insight, inner child exploration, shadow work, and Jungian archetypes to support lasting change. I blend evidence-based approaches with intuitive tools like dreamwork and symbolic astrology to offer a personalised, depth-oriented experience.

I am committed to offering a safe, confidential, and respectful space grounded in integrity. I follow the principles outlined in the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework.

While sessions may feel therapeutic, they are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If your needs fall outside my scope, I will always guide you toward the support that’s right for you.
