New to Trauma Informed Coaching? Here’s What to Know

What is trauma informed coaching?
Trauma-informed coaching recognises that many patterns — in relationships, work, confidence and identity — are shaped by past experiences. It creates a space that prioritises emotional safety, consent, pacing, and nervous-system awareness.

I am trained in counselling, which means I work with psychological depth, ethical awareness, and strong listening skills. While coaching is not therapy, my training ensures sessions are handled with care, boundaries, and sensitivity, especially for clients navigating burnout, attachment wounds, or major life transitions.

How do your branding skills support clients?
With a Master’s degree in Brand Identity, I’ve worked with brands using consumer psychology and narrative strategy. I understand how perception, messaging, and identity shape how we show up in the world.

Your “personal brand” isn’t just career positioning — it’s your internal story. By combining psychological insight with branding strategy, I help clients clarify their narrative, express themselves more confidently, and align inner identity with outer visibility.

This is especially powerful for people rebuilding after life transitions or wanting to step into a new chapter with clarity and coherence.

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — all sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can access support from anywhere.

What happens in the first session?
We’ll explore what’s bringing you here, highlight what you’d like to understand or shift, and begin uncovering the themes most relevant to your identity and direction.

Can I book a one-off session?
Yes. You’re welcome to book any individual consultation to begin with — there’s no pressure to commit to more.

What kind of approach do you use?
I combine identity coaching and Jungian frameworks. Together we’ll explore unconscious patterns, emotional triggers, and the deeper work needed to support clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
