UnSelf CIC is a Community Interest Company founded by Nia Nair to support underrepresented people and communities through identity-focused social action.

We provide free and low-cost coaching, emotional tools, and safe group spaces to help individuals rebuild confidence, process life transitions, and create lasting inner change.

What We Do

We work at the intersection of healing and empowerment, offering:

• Identity shift coaching for those feeling stuck or unseen

• Culturally aware, trauma-informed spaces
