Do I need to understand astrology?

Not at all. I’ll explain your chart in straightforward, practical language and connect the astrology to your real experiences. The session is a conversation, not a technical lecture about signs, houses and aspects.
Is psychological astrology the same as therapy?

No. Psychological astrology can help you recognise emotional patterns, inner conflicts and unconscious motivations, but it is not therapy, diagnosis or mental-health treatment. My counselling training informs how I hold the conversation; the service itself remains an astrology consultation.
Will you predict exactly what will happen?

I don’t use astrology to make fixed promises or remove your agency. Transits and progressions can reveal themes, opportunities, pressures and periods of change. They can be very accurate! We’ll explore how those influences may be showing up and how you can work with them consciously.
